If you do not see the shade you need, please CONTACT US for a quote.  A $50.00 pattern charge will apply for new special sizes. For order quantities over 100 pieces, there is no pattern charge.

Alll Genesis Manufacturing soft shades are in stock items. Brass spiders and 1/2 inch drop are standard. Special items require a ten week delivery time and a minimum of 24 pieces.

All Genesis Manufacturing hardback shades are made to order. Due to the large number of sizes, shapes, patterns, and materials, we do not carry an inventory of finished goods.

PAYMENT
The initial order must be prepaid, COD, Mastercard, or Visa. Re-orders after credit approval can be paid by Net 30 terms, FOB our warehouse. Interest of 1.5% will be charged starting 40 days after shipment is made. Reorders will not be shipped unless all overdue invoices are paid in full. No unauthorized deductions from any invoice unless you have our "Credit Memo". A fee of $40.00 will be applied for any returned checks.

DELIVERY
All shipments FOB Albertville, Alabama.

BACKORDERS
We will ship backorders when the merchandise becomes available, unless you advise us differently.

FREIGHT
FOB Albertville, Alabama. Damage or shortage claims must be filed with the carrier.

WARRANTY
Manufacturing defects claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of order and include invoice number.

DROP SHIPMENTS
There will be a $2.50 Drop Ship Charge for orders drop-shipped to addresses other than yours.

EXTRA SERVICES
Any single order over $2,500.00 can be pre-priced with retail prices upon your request.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Soft shades require a 24 piece minimum order, with ten week delivery time. This applies to all shades not in stock.
